Assessing Affordable Housing Needs
The Litchfield County Center for Housing Opportunity has launched a new Housing Needs Assessment tool that allows you to filter by town.
The tool offers expansive data and analysis at the local level and aims to help inform discussions around housing needs and solutions in the Litchfield County region.
In 2023, the SAHC conducted a survey of residents, workers, and those who would like to live in Salisbury to learn more about how people perceive the need for affordable housing in town. The results were presented, along with an updated draft of the Town’s Affordable Housing Plan, in a community forum on June 17, 2023.
