Bios

Ryan Cooper is the owner of Tri State Landscaping and Property Management LLC and a volunteer on Lakeville Hose Co. He resides in Salisbury with his wife, Erica, and three boys.    

Jennifer Kronholm Clark and her family purchased their home in Salisbury with the support of the Housing Trust. Jenn is the fundraiser for North East Community Center. Her husband, James, is the Publisher and Chief Executive Officer at The Lakeville Journal Co. Their two children attend Region 1 Schools. Jenn also serves as chair of the Salisbury Affordable Housing Commission.

Karen Sunnarborg has owned her Lakeville home since 1991, moving full-time in January 2020.  Her career has focused on the planning and development of affordable housing in the public and nonprofit sectors, including planning and administration of the City of Boston’s neighborhood housing programs, directing a nonprofit housing organization, and serving as the senior technical professional for the New York City Housing Partnership that sponsored the largest affordable homeownership program in the country. During the last 20-plus years, her consulting work has focused on planning and development efforts to build the capacity of Massachusetts towns and cities in affordable housing production and regulatory reform. This work includes the completion of more than 70 Housing Needs Assessments and Housing Plans throughout the state with follow-up work in helping communities with implementation.
